Refund Policy

If we don’t deliver your goods within two weeks from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to pre-orders and unique releases.

You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase, provided it hasn’t shipped. Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your item is damaged, defective or lost in transit, contact us immediately within 24 hours (1 day) after expected delivery day.
Restocking fee is $19.49. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all presales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.
