Jim Beam Distillery, a renowned whiskey brand, has created the Masterpiece PX Sherry Cask Bourbon, a limited run of just 2,000 select pieces. This exceptional extra-aged NAS bourbon is made from a mash bill containing 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley.
It is matured in new charred American oak and finished in Pedro Ximenez ex-sherry casks. The aroma features thick oak, spice, licorice, and caramel, followed by undertones of premium sherry. The palate is characterized by layers of sherry, cocoa, vanilla, toffee candies, and preserved dark fruits drizzled in caramel.
