Made from a single barrel Kentucky straight rye aged in charred American white oak, it is finished in toasted 24 month old air-dried wood staves. Located in an undisclosed distillery, it has a varying barrel strength of 109+ proof and a mash bill containing at least 51% rye. The nose features cinnamon, vanilla, sugary grain, and pears, while the taste offers notes of caramel frosted oak, roasted nuts, and toasted wood.
